There was a time when Coach Liz sat in a doctor’s office, hearing words that would change her life forever. The diagnosis hit like a storm... unpredictable, relentless, and impossible to ignore. In an instant, everything she had built, everything she had planned, felt like it was slipping away.
She questioned her strength. She grieved the life she thought she’d have. And yet, deep inside, something refused to be silenced:
